Answer Cancer Champion Quarterly Impact Survey

We want to find out more what impact our Answer Cancer Champions are having on their communities and how they are encouraging cancer screening and helping to save lives!

This survey only has six short questions and will take no more than 3 minutes to complete. Every Champion who completes this survey by the deadline will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win £50 in vouchers!

For these questions we ask that you give a very rough estimate of numbers in the last quarter. You don’t need to be precise, we are just trying to get a flavour for the work you are doing.
